Shipping and Returns.
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched by Tuesday.
Orders with a value of £25.00 or under will be sent via Royal Mail First class recorded delivery at a cost of £2.50 and will require a signature on receipt.
The delivery charge for orders over £25.00 and under £50.00 will be £5.00 Special Delivery.
Delivery will be free of charge on all orders within the UK of £70.00 or over also Special Delivery.
For both of these services delivery will be by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery and will require a signature on receipt. This service offers guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day to 99% of the UK.
All orders for Europe will be delivered by Royal Mail Airsure at a cost of £7.50. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
All orders for USA/Rest of World will be delivered by Royal Mail Airsure at a cost of £9.00. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
Please note any and all duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the full responsibility of the customer.
C'est Belle is committed to providing total customer satisfaction. If you are not delighted with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of purchase, provided it is in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging. Our jewellery is packed with great care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We have made every effort to represent the jewellery as accurately as possible. Each piece has a full description, length details and accurate, detailed photography. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser, software or computer system used by you, the customer.
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or offer a refund on earrings. Custom Made jewellery is also non-refundable.
Please email to obtain a Return Authorisation number before returning any purchase.
A Return Authorisation number must be obtained within 14 days of purchase. Include in your email your full name and address, order number, product code, product name and your reason for return.
On receipt of your Return Authorisation number please take care to follow the instructions below:
Please put the Return Authorisation Number on the package outer you are returning to us.
Return your unworn item in the original gift box with the tag attached and gift bag.
We request that returns are shipped through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Payment of return postage is fully the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed by C'est Belle.
For European or Worldwide returns please follow the instructions above. We request that returns are shipped through the shipping service within your country which covers insurance and delivery tracking.
A refund will be issued once the jewellery has been received and checked by C'est Belle less deductions for the initial postage of your items.
